Cada país tiene política específica respecto a reembolsos y a aquellos de usted vivir en países afuera del equipo en que el USA, por favor hace referencia a la subdivisión del distribuidor apropiada.
Policy in General:
When you receive a package from a Plant-By-Nature Products Distribution center you must sign for the package.
Once you have signed for the package you have five calendar days to notify us that you are returning the product to us. You are responsible for the freight to return it.
If the package is damaged DO NOT SIGN FOR IT!
If, when you open the internal package it is damaged, please notify the shipper immediately!
If, when you open the package it is not complete, then you must e-mail us immediately.
The correct e-mail address and this policy will also appear on your packing slip.
If the unit is electrical in nature, and if it fails to work in 90 days' time, you may return it for replacement.
The return information will be presented to you at the time you receive the package.
If the unit is a compact disk and it does not play, you may return it for a new one.
If the unit is a formula, and you open it, you have consented to use it. We cannot be responsible for what you do with it once it has been opened.
